How do plan limits work?
What is an active client?
A client with an ongoing project, an open action or an active document process counts as an active client.
Are client portal users paid seats?
No. Your clients and their portal users do not count toward paid agency seats.
What happens to archived clients?
Archived clients remain accessible and no longer count toward your active client limit.
What happens if I exceed a limit?
Your data is not deleted. You can continue accessing existing work, but you will need to upgrade before creating a new client or project.
