Your personal data is processed by Cowwwork, in its capacity as data controller, within the scope described below.
Personal Data Processed
We process your identity (name, surname), contact (email, phone), customer transaction (brief, proposal, contract records) and transaction security (IP, log records) data.
Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed to provide the service, perform the contract, manage customer relations, fulfill legal obligations and ensure information security.
Legal Basis
Your data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interest.
Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to our suppliers located in Türkiye and abroad (hosting, email, AI) to the extent necessary to provide the service. Transfers are carried out in compliance with KVKK.
Your KVKK Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request its correction or deletion, object to processing, and request compensation for damages.
